Ever been pressed for time and you still needed your favorite cloth cleaned? With Marice’s pick-up & delivery plan, we collect and deliver your clothes at a place that is best convenient for you.

Step 1: Create an account
Login into Marice Dry Cleaners’ Website, download our App or just make us call on +255759836333. For you to use this service you need to be located in the areas that we cover.
You can locate the areas that we can cover here. (Oysterbay, Masaki, Town centre, Upanga, Msasani, Kinondoni, Kijitonyama, Sinza, Mikocheni, Mwenge, Kawe, Mbezi Beach, Tegeta, bahari, Boko, Bunju, & Mbweni)
Place order
If you go through our website or app, you will be able to create your order. If you decide to use a phone call, our officer will create the bill for you on arrival at your location. Customers are advised to carefully select the names of their garments correctly and, if possible, describe their clothes status for easy traceability
Re-orders
Marice Dry Cleaners system will store all your contact details and order history to make it easier to handle your future orders and
SMS notifications
Once your collection order is processed, you will receive a confirmation text message or email, depending on the order channel used.
Step 2: Order pickup
Our online business managers can view order requests from all customized sources in one centralized, easy-to-use interface. This makes it easy for them to seamlessly attend to each order, greatly reducing the turnaround time.
Once the prerequisites for honoring the order are met—location info, garment types, payment method—the information is then forwarded to our operations team for cleaning.
At this step, we notify the customers by email or SMS that their orders have been received at our cleaning facility and they are being processed.

Step 3: Order delivery
After the cleaning process is complete, you will receive a message to notify you of the same. If there is any outstanding payment, you will be asked to complete payment before the garments are dispatched from our facility.
