You can get your clothes done at a place that is most convenient for you, by following the 3 steps

Step 1: Create an account

To use our online service, download the Marice Dry Cleaners app, available on the Android Play Store & iOS App Store. If you need any assistance, please get in touch with us at +255 759 836 333, and our team will be happy to help. To enjoy this service, your location must be within our pickup and delivery coverage areas.

We provide pickup and delivery services in the following locations: Oyster Bay, Masaki, City Centre (Town Centre), Upanga, Msasani, Kinondoni, Kijitonyama, Sinza, Mikocheni, Mwenge Kawe, Mbezi Beach, Tegeta, Bahari Beach, Boko, Bunju, and Mbweni

Place an order.

To place an order, please use the Marice app, where you can easily create and submit your order. Before placing your first order, kindly register your account using your complete and accurate personal details. If you need assistance, our customer service team is available to guide you through the ordering process and help ensure your order is created correctly.

For efficient processing and easy traceability, customers are encouraged to:

  • Select the correct garment type for each item.
  • Provide accurate descriptions of their garments whenever possible.
  • Include any important details about the condition or special care requirements of their clothes.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us deliver the best possible service and ensures your garments are handled with care throughout the cleaning process.

Marice Dry Cleaners’ system will store all your contact details and order history to make it easier to handle your future orders and

SMS notifications

Once your collection order is processed, you will receive a confirmation text message or email, depending on the order channel used.

Step 2: Order pickup

Our online associate and sales representative can view order requests from all customized sources in one centralized, easy-to-use interface. This makes it easy for them to seamlessly attend to each order, greatly reducing the turnaround time.

Once the prerequisites for honoring the order are met, location info, garment types, and payment method the information is then forwarded to our operations team for cleaning.

At this step, we notify the customers by email or SMS that their orders have been received at our cleaning facility and they are being processed.

Step 3: Order delivery

After the cleaning process is complete, you will receive a message to notify you of the same. If there is any outstanding payment, you will be asked to complete payment before the garments is dispatched from our facility.
